Partnership with GLS - GLS KlimaProtect programme
We are proud to announce that since January 2020 our shipping has been climate neutral. Thanks to a partnership with GLS and their unique GLS KlimaProtect ecology programme, we are able to offer our customers offer our customers 100 per cent climate-neutral parcel shipping.
Compensation, reduction and avoidance of CO2 emissions
GLS has invested several million euros in targeted measures to offset, reduce and avoid CO2 emissions. This commitment extends throughout Germany and includes measures such as emission-free city centre delivery and sustainable new depot buildings. An impressive example of this is the opening of the European EcoHub in Essen, which sets new standards in terms of sustainability and climate neutrality.
Participation in GLS KlimaProtect
By actively participating in the GLS KlimaProtect programme, we want to send a clear signal for sustainable and future-proof parcel logistics. By opting for CO2-neutral shipping, we are making a valuable contribution to climate protection and improving our own environmental footprint at the same time. We are proud that GLS has awarded us the GLS KlimaProtect certificate for our commitment. We receive this certificate annually as proof of our climate-neutral shipping.
