Professional impression with labels
Garreis Produktausstattung develops customised label and thermal transfer ribbon solutions for its customers. Our specialised team produces self-adhesive labels for your individual requirements. Most labels are available from the roll, folded fanfold and as sheets. For thermal transfer printers, we supply the right colour ribbons for all label surfaces.
Customer survey 2024 - result grade 1.4
In April 2024, we wrote to over 100 customers and asked them to rate us on various questions. The best rating, a score of 1.1, was given for "Availability / advice on the phone", followed directly by a score of 1.2 for "Friendliness on the phone".
Overall, we were able to maintain the good result of the last survey (score 1.4).
We would like to thank all our customers for taking part in the customer survey.

GARREIS product equipment has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015 since 8 May 2022. Further information about DQS (German Association for the Certification of Management Systems) can be found at www.dqs.de Our aim is to further optimise our processes in the interests of our customers.

Social and societal responsibility has been firmly anchored in the company's basic attitude and mission statement for many years: "We are particularly committed to supporting disadvantaged children and young people in Wiesbaden and the Rheingau region. As the father of four children, helping other young people is a very special concern of mine," comments Thomas GARREIS on the long-term support for charitable organisations such as the "Bärenherz Stiftung" foundation and the "Zukunft schenken!" foundation. This year, a family business, GARREIS® Produktausstattung, was founded by owner Leo Garreis. The company develops into a specialist for consumables. Our speciality is labels and thermal transfer ribbons for label printing systems. In 2004, Mr Leo Garreis retires from day-to-day business. He hands over the management of the company to his son Thomas Garreis and in 2022 his son Julius Garreis takes over the sales management.

In 2011, we launched our GET. brand for labels and colour ribbons. Since July 2020, the GET. brand name has been protected by trademark law and is a registered trademark. All GARREIS products have been given new and standardised names since 2011.
GET. stands for GARREIS, labels and thermal transfer ribbons. These qualities have been selected and intensively tested worldwide. All qualities exceed our high quality standards. The aim of supplying our customers with perfectly harmonised products has thus been achieved.

Our company headquarters in the Rheingau
The Rheingau is one of 13 wine-growing regions for quality wine in Germany according to §3 Para.1 No.9 of the Wine Act. It extends mainly west of the Rhine knee near Wiesbaden on a narrow strip between the Rhine flowing westwards here and the heights of the Taunus to the north, but also includes the vineyards in Wiesbaden and on the northern bank of the Main between Flörsheim and the mouth of the Main. The wine-growing region has a total area of approx. 3,100 hectares, on which the Riesling grape variety is predominantly cultivated.
The climate in the Rheingau is very mild. It lies in the rain shadow of the wooded heights of the Rheingau Mountains, which face south-west to north-east and are part of the High Taunus. The forests slow down the flow of cold air at night into the vineyards below.
By far the most common grape variety in the Rheingau is Riesling (white wine). It occupies around 80% of the area under cultivation and almost all the top vineyards and is of very high quality. The wine village of Assmannshausen has a special position in the Rheingau. Pinot Noir (red wine) is cultivated here on 75 hectares, making it the largest contiguous area under Pinot Noir cultivation in Germany. (Source Wikipedia)
